EVOO powder that, thanks to its composition and its elaboration, does not contain transgenic fatty acids. We are talking about the result of a chemical process named microencapsulation, which creates the microcapsules that form the final powder. It can be applied to any oil type, but is the EVOO powder the one that is known as a gastronomic product.
This is a homemade product, and it can be perfectly combined with salads, soups, creams, vegetables, snacks… It is perfect to cook meat or fish, because it maximizes the flavour and gives it a unique texture.
Its appearance is solid-granulated, and its flavour is fruity intense.
It is advisable to keep it at a cool temperature, between 10ºC and 20ºC, in a cool place and away from light, to keep its ideal texture.
