Antes de que empiece a coger color, incorporar los guisantes (150 gr), cubrirlos con agua y cocer durante unos 3 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir unas ramitas de perejil fresco, sal y pimienta y triturar hasta que quede bien cremoso.<\/li>\n<li>Abrir los berberechos al vapor, en una cazuela con tapa.
